And we’re very excited for Executive Chef Dave Bohati’s menu. Just a few months ago he won Gold, the top honour at Canada’s Great Kitchen Party in Calgary, and took Bronze in Kelowna in the nationwide cooking competition, Canadian Culinary Championships!
