Founded in 1883, Wente Vineyards is the country’s oldest, continuously operated family-owned winery. For over five generations, the Wente family has been producing wines from their Monterey estate vineyards. Jim Dixon, Wente Family Estates Great Lakes Regional Manager and Adam Jones from Southern have selected five wines which Chef Oakley and his Kitchen Team will be pairing with all their anticipated mid-Spring culinary options. The wines include: Reception Hors d’oeuvres – Murrieta’s Well the Whip White Blend, First Course – Wente Riva Ranch Chardonnay, Second Course – Wente Merlot, Third Course – Murrieta’s Well the Spur and Dessert Course – Wente Estate Riesling.
