As one of Walla Walla’s premier established wineries, Spring Valley Vineyard provides award-winning wine pairings to Executive Chef James Somerville’s multi-course menu. Winemaker Serge Laville will present each pairing, sharing his knowledge of the winery’s unique technique of “listening to the vineyard” to lend insight into how they produce some of the region’s best wines.
