Go South of the Border for a fun interactive evening of Mexican food, drink and conversation at The Norm, the Brooklyn Museum's full-service restaurant under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Saul Bolton. Master of Mexican cuisine and TV personality Sue Torres will moderate a panel of Mexican food experts and chefs - Justin Bazdarich chef / owner of the Michelin 0tarred Oxocomo, Ronny Jaramillo, co-owner of Chela and Andy Mejias, chef de cuisine of The Norm - discussing their commitment to introducing authentic Mexican food to an American audience and how Mexican fare and culture have become ingrained in New York City. During the provocative conversation a classic celebratory Mexican meal will be served, showcasing During this provocative discussion, a classic celebratory Mexican dinner will be presented family style, showcasing: albóndigas; flautas de camarones; and gorditas de plátano dulce.
