Croatian Wine Dinner With Vinotopia
Wed, April 17, 2019 (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM)
Cost: $85 per guest (plus tax & gratuity)
Dive into an exploration of Croatian wine with Parizade this April. While many may be unfamiliar with the vineyards of Croatia, it boasts a rich history of wine-making from it’s mountainous coastline to the continental inland. It’s Mediterranean climate helps to make wines that pair seamlessly with our cuisine. With several staff, including General Manager Igor Gacina being from Croatia, this one is near and dear to our hearts.
For this 5-course journey we will partner with Vinotopia and the wines of five separate estates from various parts of Croatia including Misal, Domaine Koquelicot, Vicelić and more. Harper Hornaday, Founder of Vinotopia, and Matt Lardie, General Manager of Vinotopia and food & travel writer, will help guide our experience through his boutique bottles.
Check out the wine selections and Executive Chef Jason Lawless’s pairings below. Reservations for this limited availability event are $85 per guest (plus tax and gratuity) and must be made in advance by calling (919) 286-9712 or visiting
parizadedurham.com/make-a-reservation/ and requesting “wine dinner” in the notes.
