"Restaurateur Joe Carroll’s beloved and critically lauded Williamsburg restaurant offers the savory delights of a steakhouse in a rustic and unpretentious atmosphere. To celebrate the opening of their D.C. branch, in partnership with Outstanding Restaurateur Beard Award winner Stephen Starr, we’ve invited executive chef (and two-time semifinalist) Marjorie Meek-Bradley to join St. Anselm’s Brooklyn executive chef Katrina Zito for an evening dedicated to the simplicity of well-made meat."
