Up until California started producing oaked butter-bombs in the 1980s, Chardonnay was considered one of the most sophisticated grapes in the world. In fact, it's often nicknamed "a winemaker's wine" thanks to its ability to be transformed by both the environment it grows in and winemaking techniques used during vinification. While the grape's poor reputation persists, fantastic Chardonnays made in a variety of styles still reign supreme, and they are well worth exploring. We invite you to taste through the Chardonnay spectrum with us and learn about the many different flavor profiles this wonderful and delicious grape can take.

In addition to the wines, your ticket includes a small antipasti plate with cheese, crackers, and charcuterie. We’ll see you in class!
