Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas, specializing in small plates with modern twists to Italian classics and fine wines around the world, invites guests to attend its Klinker Brick Wine Dinner on March 21 at 7 p.m. at its Clifton, NJ location.
The dinner will feature world-class wines from California-based Klinker Brick Winery. Klinker Brick wines continue to re-set the bar with each vintage produced to date. Chef Michel Desjardins has developed a five-course tasting menu to complement the flavors of each featured wine, which include a 2015 Klinker Brick Bricks & Roses Rose, a 2015 Klinker Brick Cabernet Sauvignon and a 2017 Klinker Brick Albariño. Wines will be paired with dishes such as Lamb Riblets – Baby back lamb, cauliflower purée, Filet Mignon – Asparagus, bleu cheese, porcini demi-glace, and Petit Basque – Onion confit.
