Local Event
Cost: Free everyone brings a wine and pairing to share
Next Sat 90+ rated under $20 Napa/Sonoma Wine Pairing
You are invited to a Napa/Sonoma Wine Pairing Next Saturday night March 23rd at 7 PM
We will host the tasting at our place a few miles north of Rosedale.
Actual address will be sent to those that get back to us to attend.
At the event, every single/couple will bring:
1. A wine from Napa or Sonoma rated at 90+, so all wines should be great & priced under $20
2. And a Hors D’oeuvre paired with that wine (check it on Google) for about 20 people
The group size will be twenty people max. The reason: twenty people fit nicely in most people’s house and at an ounce a piece (a normal wine tasting), everyone can taste every wine. We will watch some videos and have short discussions on the wines and pairings. It will be fun & informative.
For wines, buy Napa or Sonoma wines rated at 90+ under $20.
Follow the links to 23 such wines at Total Wine.
Napa (5 Wines)

Sonoma (18 WINES)

For each wine, Total Wine has 3-4 sentences on each wine for you to present. No, you don’t need to buy from Total Wine but they make it easy to get good quality wines at a reasonable price, with information about the wine.
To pair your food simply take the name of the grape off the bottle and Google what does (Grape) wine pairs with? And the Total Wine web page on that wine should help too.
We ask that you email us your wine dennis@TheMNWineClub.com when you choose your wine and paring so we don’t get duplicates
The event is very simple. Twenty people getting together at our place at 7 PM. Starting 7:10 every ten minutes we will taste a wine and a pairing until about 9.
