Enjoy delicious, local halibut while learning about sustainable fishing! Feast your palette on sustainable food, and feast your mind on the wonders of the Salish Sea and the importance of sustainable living. 

On Saturday, April 6, hosted by fisherman Riley Starks of Salish Center and chefs Jak & Asako Sullivan of The Sustainable Collective will be showcasing fresh halibut caught in Washington's own Salish Sea.

Event highlights include: 
 - filleting demonstration by a local fisherman, 
 - cooking demo of halibut recipe to try at home,
 - 3-course dinner featuring Salish Sea halibut and other local ingredients,
 - three different kinds of Italian wine
 AND
 - Salish Sea halibut and Italian wine for sale.
