On Saturday, April 6, hosted by fisherman Riley Starks of Salish Center and chefs Jak & Asako Sullivan of The Sustainable Collective will be showcasing fresh halibut caught in Washington's own Salish Sea.
Event highlights include: - filleting demonstration by a local fisherman, - cooking demo of halibut recipe to try at home, - 3-course dinner featuring Salish Sea halibut and other local ingredients, - three different kinds of Italian wine AND - Salish Sea halibut and Italian wine for sale.
