Gather your friends and join us for our special four-course fondue dinner on 4/10. A delightful Wollersheim wine has been paired to accentuate each course. Call today to reserve your table. $42.95/person.

First Course - Alpine Cheese - A delightful blend of Wollersheim River Gold, Gruyère, Raclette, Fontina blend with white wine, fresh garlic and a dash of nutmeg.

Paired with - Wollersheim River Gold - Delicate and sweet white with a hint of sweet pears and mangos on the finish.

Second Course - Strawberry Almond Salad - Sweet strawberries, honey roasted sliced almonds and crumbled feta placed atop mixed greens and finished with Raspberry Black Walnut Vinaigrette.

Paired with - Wollersheim Prairie Fume - Crisp, fresh, semi-dry white bursting with citrus and tropical fruit highlights.

Third Course - Teriyaki Marinated Sirloin, Garlic and Wine Filet, Sweet and Spicy Shrimp, Basil Pesto Chicken and Wild Mushroom Sacchetti.

Paired with - Wollersheim Pinot Noir - A grand, classy wine with aromas of black currant, bay leaves and eucalyptus.

Fourth Course - Cookies 'n' Cream Marshmallow Dream - Escape in a world of dark chocolate topped with marshmallow cream flambéed and topped with bits of delicious Oreo® cookies.

Paired with - Prairie Sunburst Red - Unoaked soft dry red wine with accents of fruit flavors reminiscent of raspberries.
