The time has come to celebrate the relationship of beer and food in Virginia Beach!
Join us in Salacia for our second Simply Crafted Dinner Series! This series was born to showcase the skill of not only the team here at the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront, but also our partners and colleagues.
This signature dinner series will be hosted on Wednesday, March 20th in the gorgeous room of Salacia Prime Seafood and Steaks located in the exquisite Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. A reception will start at 6:30pm and a four-course meal will follow beginning at 7pm. The Hilton Team will be partnering with winemakers, brewers, distillers, farmers, watermen, as well as local chefs to bring an experience that can only be described as “Simply Crafted”.
Our Beach and Beer event will feature our Executive Chef Kyle Woodruff and the Hilton Culinary Team, joined by Jeremy Wilson, General Manager of Reaver Beach Brewery. The relationship between the Hilton and Reaver Beach is long indeed. Catch 31 is their oldest server of Reaver Beach’s Flagship Beer “Hoptopus”.
Enjoy an eclectic selection of food and beer pairings that will leave you wanting more! Chef's hand curated four-course meal and beer pairing truly engages all of your senses for only $45*. Try a selection of Reaver Beach's best beers, from a sour table beer to a double IPA. This dinner will begin with appetizers like braised beef and sweet potato biscuits, and end with a mocha dark chocolate stone cake! You will get to enjoy courses like chili basted pork medallion and Caribbean spiced snapper in between!
