In this fun and unusual class we’ll discuss & taste off-the-beaten-track and out of the ordinary
wines—An Austrian Sparkler, Margaret River White, So. African Rose’ , Slovenian Red, & Hungarian Tokai, you’ll love being introduced to these « forgotten » wines.  We’ll serve these wines with appetizers, small plates & an entree inspired by contemporary California cuisine & Spanish tapas plus an Italian dessert.  (Full menu forthcoming)  As always the wines will be presented by Wasatch Academy of Wine.
