Upscale Indian restaurant ROOH and modern French fine-dining destination Nico will come together to create a special six-course collaboration menu available for one-night-only. In addition to the six-course menu, the experience will include special canapes and two welcome cocktails – one prepared by ROOH’s Beverage Director Joseph Mayton and one by Simone Mins, Bar Manager at Nico.
ROOH, a progressive Indian restaurant, and bar, is the first U.S. restaurant from the Good Times Restaurant Group, owned and operated by the Bhambri family where world-renowned Executive Chef Sujan Sarkar and Chef de Cuisine Pujan Sarkar delicately balances the country’s rich traditional flavors with fresh local ingredients prepared with modern techniques.
Nico, a critically acclaimed and Michelin-starred restaurant, is one of San Francisco’s most celebrated fine dining destinations where Executive Chef Nicholas Delaroque offers French cuisine with a modern twist combined with clean sensibility and seasonal, market-driven ingredients.
Together, Chefs Sujan, Pujan, and Chef Nicholas will create a unique dining experience, combining both Indian and French flavors in a one-of-a-kind dinner service. See the full collaboration dinner menu below:
