Wynn’s executive director of wine, Mark Thomas, joins master sommelier Joseph Spellman of Justin Vineyards for an interactive winemaking workshop. Attendees transform into wine makers as they blend Justin’s Cabernet Sauvignon with the winery’s Cabernet Franc and Merlot in an effort to replicate the flavor of their world-famous Isosceles Paso Robles wine. A judging of the resulting blends is to be followed by a tasting and special multi-course dinner by executive chef David Walzog.
