Travel along as he guides guests through the vintages of some of the most respected wineries in Italy. The four-course dinner with wine pairings will feature regionally inspired foods by Executive Chef Eric Swartz such as Jonah Crab Meat Angolotti, Crab, Lemon, Chive Butter and Brandt Beef Eye of Ribeye, Baby Parsnips, Boccioli di Ciccio, Garlic, Rosemary.
