Carnivale, the global Latin-fusion restaurant located in Chicago’s West Loop, is hosting Carnivale University: The Caipirinhaon Wednesday, April 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. The caipirinha may be the national drink of Brazil, but on April 17, it will be the hottest drink at Carnivale! Attendees will be led by Carnivale’s master mixologist in mixing and muddling three different versions of the caipirinha, all while enjoying delicious bites that have been hand selected by Executive Chef Ozzy Amelotti.
