After an incredibly successful inaugural event in 2017, and an even bigger and more successful 2018, the Pleasantville Rotary Club is proud to announce the return of their charity fundraiser, Hudson Valley Fermented. This tasting event of New York craft beverages and samplings from the best Hudson Valley restaurants will take place Saturday, March 16, 2019.
Last year close to $30,000 from HUDSON VALLEY FERMENTED. Major beneficiaries of Hudson Valley Fermented 2019 will include the Food Bank for Westchester, Team Fox for Parkinson’s Research, Pleasantville Fund for Learning, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Hudson Valley Fermented will be held on Saturday, March 216, 2019 at Pace University's Kessel Student Center in Pleasantville. It will be a very festive, upbeat event. We expect in excess of 20 cutting-edge breweries, wineries, distilleries, cideries, as well as delicious food offerings from over a dozen of the finest restaurants from the greater Hudson Valley region. In addition, there will be live music, dancing, raffles, auctions, cigars, and more.
