1st Course
Sesame seared beef carpaccio topped with lemon juice, shaved parmesan, crushed black peppercorn, and micro-greens.
2nd Course
Pan fried goat cheese rolled in panko and almonds topped with fresh spinach & mango dressed in a vanilla bean vinaigrette
3rd Course
Steak au Poivre; filet mignon coated in crushed peppercorns & pan-seared, drizzled with a cognac cream sauce atop shitake risotto served with grilled baby bok choy.
4th Course
Matcha green tea cheesecake topped with whip cream and fresh fruit.
