Sulphites. It’s a much discussed topic and a severe buzzword in the realm of natural wine. Is it fair to classify a wine as natural when sulphites are added? I won’t be able to answer you that, but I will present wines with and without added sulphites and talk about (and taste) the up-side and down-side to this additive.
