LB Steak on Santana Row in San Jose to Offer Whiskey Paired Meals

LB Steak on Santana Row, in celebration of the 6th Annual Whiskies of the World event in San Jose on March 21, will offer whiskey paired lunches and dinners Friday, March 22 through Sunday, March 24, affording guests the opportunity to continue the party by enjoying delicious menu selections paired with incredible whiskies. The $75.00 three-course prix fixe will include the liquor but not tax and gratuity and will be comprised of a Steak Tartare Cone with truffle cream and a savory waffle cone paired with Oban 14 year or Grilled Flatbread with bacon whiskey jam, brie, pear and arugula with Oban 14 year; Whiskey BBQ Short Ribs with cauliflower purée and collard greens with Balcones Brimstone; and Chocolate Fondant with salted caramel gelato with Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Select. Reservations are recommended but not required and the restaurant's regular lunch/brunch and dinner menus will also be available.
