While the Cherry Blossom Festival’s roots may be primarily Japanese and American, Opaline Bar & Brasserie will be offering a perfectly British way to pay homage to the Cherry Blossom Festival with their new seasonal Petite Cherry Blossom Tea and buttery scones. The following will be offered:

If tea and scones aren’t of interest, try Opaline’s Fleur de Cerisier cocktail, made from Suntory Toki Whisky, cherry blossom tea, honey infused ice cubes, and soda. $14. Available March 25 through March 31. Or try their bone-in pork chop with granola, spinach, and cherry jus. $36. Available April 1 through April 7. To satisfy a sweet tooth, order the Cherry Blossom Cheesecake, made with cherry rose wine, white chocolate, and gianduja, $12. Available April 8 through April 14.
The tea and scones will be available at Opaline throughout the duration of the National Cherry Blossom Festival, March 20 through April 14. Cherry Picks will be available during each corresponding full week during the Cherry Blossom Festival.
