Rosé wine has seen a surge in popularity in recent years. Perhaps initially seen as a trend, we think it is safe to say rosé is here to stay. Both the quantity and quality of this style of wine has increased, as well as pairing options. For our spring Lab guests will learn about regions and grapes, and taste the following wines:

Martin Ray Rose of Pinot Noir 2017 – Sonoma County, California
Bodegas Muga Rioja Rosado 2017 – Spain
Crios de Susana Balbo Rose of Malbec 2017 – Argentina
Chateau Trinquevedel Tavel Rose 2017 – Rhone Valley, France
Gerard Bertrand Cote des Roses Rose 2017 – Languedoc-Rousillon, France

Nicole Ramos WSET Level 3, FWS, will led the class. Includes small bites.
