From April 19 to April 21, The Resort at Paws Up, a one-of-a-kind luxury ranch resort in western Montana, brings together a host of superstar culinary women for a weekend of cooking demos, multicourse feasts and more at the first-annual Wonder Women of Food and Wine. Sponsored by Women Chefs & Restaurateurs, featured chefs include James Beard Award finalist Chef Kelly Fields (Willa Jean, New Orleans, Louisiana), top artisan chocolatier Chef Valerie Gordon (Valerie Confections, Los Angeles, California), Paws Up Pastry Chef Amy Nack and Netflix The Final Table competitor Chef Amninder Sandhu (Arth, Mumbai, India). Live music comes courtesy of critically acclaimed folk singer-songwriter Britt Arnesen.
Alongside exclusive dinners, world-class wine pairings and tastings, small group demos and cooking classes, guests and chefs will get the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience some of The Resort’s unrivaled recreational activities—from exploring the sprawling landscape on horseback to participating in a real cattle drive to taking aim at the Old West .22 Rifle Range.
