The Iberian Peninsula is producing some of the world’s most exciting wines. From bold reds coming from the Douro River in Portugal, to the silky Riojas from Spain. We will taste our way through this dynamic region.
Jon Haight, of WineUnwrapped.com, will present a selection of wines that show off the unique terroir of each country. We’ll start with Cava, the Spanish bubbly, and end with Port, the famous fortified dessert wine. Our tasting will also include wines from both countries that showcase a variety of styles.
This tasting event will be held in the taproom at Veracious Brewing Company, and light snacks will be served to complement the wines.
