Vacation/Tour

September 1-10, 2019

Sicily has grown significantly in its notable wines and is now a hot destination.  We've been asked about a wine tour to Sicily for some time, have been hearing great reviews from people who have been there, and we feel the wines coming out of Sicily now are wonderful.  So, we decided to go and see what Sicily has to offer in wine, gastronomy, wonderful cultural sights, and meet the lovely people!  Sicily is known for the start of the food revolution, in Italy, and they are extremely proud of their slow food products and their culinary acumen.  Can it get any better than Italy's food?  Well, Sicilians think so ... and we're going to find out!

If you have traveled with us before, then you will know that our wine tours are different than most others.  If not, let us explain why.  First of all, we keep the tours on the smaller side.  This allows us many special visits, as well as, is so nice to be a part of and travel with a smaller group.  It is not only more intimate, but we can go places and see things that a large group can't or would be uncomfortable to do so.

We hand choose boutique and/or special hotels that are well situated and also give us the feel of the country.  We dine with vintners, owners, along the way … and all the meals are special for our tours.  We visit boutique and top wineries ... and enjoy the best of their wines.

We also love to see the sights and wonders of the country we are touring in.  Sicily offers so many ... and as always, we’ve chosen the best for our group!

Most of all we have fun!  We will experience new wines, foods, ventures, laughter, and an overall great time.

This will be our 17th year of doing wine tours! Call to join us on this adventure!
