I am hosting a Beginner's Introduction to Wine

Course in Portland, Maine commencing in

March 2019 and finsihing just before Easter.

This 6 week course will cover topics such as:

how to taste wine, what to look for in shopping

for wine, winemaking, grape varieties, countries,

and food and wine pairing. I can offer group rates

and people are allowed to attend individual

course and pay per class.  Total Cost $300 for

6 weeks. Individual Classes: $60.

Cheese and wine tasting throughout the course.
