Pairing wine with food invites a wide spectrum of attitudes and approaches, it can be an intimidating experience, but our expert guide-Daniel Duica- will walk you through how to match your bottle with whatever is on your plate. Are you a tolerant taster? Or maybe a sensitive one? Join us and discover how acidic, salty or sweet food influence your perception in tasting wine- and have fun while learning!

Table 1: Schloss Zell Riesling Kabinett Piesporter Michlesburg , Germany $9.99

Produced from the vineyards in, and around, the small Mosel village of Piesport.  This wine is pleasingly fruity with hints of apple and pear and a touch of citrus on the finish.  It goes well with lighter fare or on its own as an aperitif.

2.Davis Bynum Chardonnay, California  $19.99

From a site on Westside Road, this vineyard-designate boasts a rich experience aromatically and flavor-wise, revealing graham cracker, peach, lime and green apple alongside salty acidity. The oak (34% of it new French) plays a pleasant, supportive role, adding a note of brioche.

3.Maison Louis Latour Domaine de Valmoissine Pinot Noir, France  $14.99

Complex on the nose with aromas of undergrowth and raspberry. Ample in the mouth, notes of cassis, licorice and mocha are released. Smooth tanins and very nice freshness on the finish.

4.Oberon Cabernet Sauvignon, California  $24.99

From Michael Mondavi's portfolio, this affordable Cabernet is concentrated in red berry and savory leather, a nod to the small amounts of Syrah and Petite Sirah that are included in the blend. French oak provides a hint of vanilla and cardamom, while the medium-bodied palate and attractive finish is washed in coffee

5. St. Francis Old Vine Zinfandel , California  $24.99

Deep aromas and flavors of ripe black cherries are laced with spice and toasted oak notes in this full-bodied wine with velvet tannins and a long finish.

Wines will be accompanied by a selection of cheeses, crackers, artisanal breads &olive oil. The cost for one flight (a sample of each of the wines) will be $15
