Brut Detroit believes there should be a seminar taught to all college-level business and MBA students before they graduate — how to understand wine and how to handle that sometimes uncomfortable "wine dinner" with bosses, coworkers, partners, and customers. We’ll teach you the basics of wine and wine tasting; how to sip, smell and swirl; how to tell a good bottle from bad (and what to do about it); and how to order wine from that intimidating wine list at restaurants.
