Hubbard Inn, River North’s continental tavern, will host a wine dinner on Thursday, February 21 featuring wines from Trinchero Napa Valley. Guests will enjoy a five-course dinner created by Executive Chef Jason Hedin expertly paired with hand-selected Trinchero wines.
Menu highlights will include Venison Tartare, Chestnut Risotto, earl grey cured Maple Farms Duck Breast and a Triple Ganache “Candy Bar”. A representative from Trinchero will also be on hand to discuss the selection of wines.
