Armadale Cellars will take over Platform 270 for one night devoted entirely to the world of Australian shiraz. Under the expert guidance of wine veteran and owner of Armadale Cellars Phil Hude, you’ll discover the diversity of Australia’s most planted variety.
Travel from the cool, elegant southern regions of Australia, north into warmer climates and across to the west where Mediterranean conditions reign supreme. Along the way, you’ll enjoy an exclusive four course menu crafted by Platform 270 Executive Chef Migo Razon, with each course designed to match the flavour profiles of the three separate climates.
From Levantine Hill to Penfolds Grange, the calibre of wines on offer will ensure this is truly an extraordinary food and wine experience.
