The culinary team at Rosen Centre hosts a grand feast that delights and entices with holiday favorites and specialty dishes. Soups and salads, fresh fruits and cheeses, carving stations with Prime Rib and Lamb, specialty entrees such as Herb Crusted Chicken and Braised Short Ribs are all on display. Interactive stations include omelets, waffles and pastas where our talented chefs plate to order.
