The wine dinners are back at Bistro 1001 and we couldn’t be more excited. This time, the multi-course wine dinner will be hosted by Bistro’s Executive Chef Sidney Semedo. While new to the area, this Le Cordon Bleu grad, has honed his skills at such prestigious locations as the Mandarin Oriental Boston and The Harvard Club before moving to West Palm Beach.
His philosophy of using what’s fresh and in season fits in perfectly with Bistro — and we’re thrilled to announce that our first wine dinner with Chef Sidney Semedo will take place on Tuesday, February 26.
This month’s dinner, a Taste of Tuscany, will feature Ruffino wines from the heart of Tuscany. A different wine will be paired with each course.
Cost for the 5-course dinner is $68, plus tax and gratuity. The event will start with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by a seated dinner. Limited seating available. Please RSVP by February 22. You will need a credit card to hold the reservation (Bistro will contact you after you RSVP on Local Wine Events). Reservations can be cancelled up until 24 hours before the event.
