We are thrilled to announce that this February we will be partnering up with Booker Wines and Chapel Hill Wine Company for our very first 5 course food & wine journey of 2019. The wines from Booker are considered by critics to be some of the most impressive releases currently coming out of California, and placed in the top 100 for Wine Spectator in 2015. While in the past, the Paso Robles vineyard relied on pure fruit and texture to impress, today winemaker Eric Jensen offers layered, elegant and complex characters paired with serious depth, richness and structure.
