Two Corks and a Bottle pairs up with Dude, Sweet Chocolate to bring you an amazing pairing of Wine & Chocolate.
Your evening will include 5 wine/chocolate pairings that we’ve chosen especially for you showing how different flavors in various chocolates pair really well with the different flavors of various wines.
Two Corks and a Bottle will provide hand-crafted vintages created right here in Uptown Dallas with grapes from around the world!
Dude, Sweet Chocolate will provide decadent chocolates by Chocolatier Chef Katherine Clapner made right here in Dallas with ingredients from around the world!
Arrive anywhere between 6:00pm and 6:30pm. Receive your wine and chocolate and enjoy! Information will be provided showing why we think each pairs well with the other.
To round out the evening… add in dinner and jazz!
Wanting some dinner? Arrive early (or… wait ‘til after you’ve enjoyed the chocolate) and order MoMo’s Pasta from next door and have it delivered right to your table on their plates just like you’re eating in their restaurant. (separate cost to be paid directly to MoMo’s)
Wanting some live jazz? You’re at the right place because Two Corks will be featuring Trombonist, Brett Lamel, and his jazz band starting at 7:00p and then a fun jazz jam session after all the way up until 10p.
