Your instructor is Laura Currier, a Yoga Alliance registered RYT and founder of Vim Yoga. Vim Yoga’s main purpose is to give respite from the day-to-day with yoga instruction that supports mental, spiritual, and physical health in an effort to build strength, peace, and resilience. Laura teaches yoga classes at various locations in Northern Virginia. She hopes to make others fall in love with yoga and great wine like she has!
