Paul Hobbs Wines represents exceptional vineyards, appellations and historic sites from around the world. At this dinner we will be pouring wines from seven of Paul's properties and/or joint ventures around the globe. Chef Headley Wilson has created an exquisite seven course tasting menu to accompany these world famous wines. Join Paul Hobbs' brother Matt, and experience a night you won't forget!
