Each dish will be paired with a different 4 oz beer for a delightful food and beer experience! Here’s the full food lineup:
1st Course: Trio of Oysters: topped and baked with shallot, crispy surryano ham, aleppo pepper, parmesan cheese and panko.
2nd Course: Winter Salad: arugula, spinach and baby greens with blood orange, fennel, radish, pickled red onion and smoked feta cheese with Sumac-Mint Vinaigrette.
3rd Course: Black & Blue Shrimp & Grits: blackened shrimp with creamy blue corn grits, scallions, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles with cajun broth and blue cheese fondue.
4th Course: Molasses Mustard Beef Short Rib: braised in beef stock, brown ale and finished with a molasses mustard glaze, served with Yukon gold caramelized onion smashed potatoes and Haricot Vert.
5th Course: Bourbon Chocolate Bread Pudding: warm bourbon chocolate bread pudding with Big Lick Stout Soaked Cherries, orange scented candied pecans and vanilla bourbon creme anglaise.
Each of these five courses will be paired with delicious Big Lick beers that will compliment and contrast the flavors of each dish!
