Better understand and appreciate fine spirits with this professional introductory Fine Spirits Seminar.
You will develop a basic knowledge of fine spirits terms and concepts, historical overview, production techniques, technical and description evaluation.
-Taste 23+ fine spirits, including Brandy (Cognac/Armagnac/Calvados), Scotch Whisky & Irish Whiskey, Bourbon, Vodka, and Tequila-Mezcal and Sotol.
-Receive 100 pages of educational material designed specifically for this seminar

This is not a mixology seminar - it is a seminar to learn about fine spirits (consumed neat or straight).
Depending on your background and professional needs, we offer the option of earning a Fine Spirits Sommelier Award (for the professional) or a Fine Spirits Connoisseur Award (for the enthusiast) upon examination.
