After leading several successful kitchens (Epic, The Chase, Colette Grand Café), Amira has branched out to open her own catering company in Leslieville and flagship location of Mira Mira at Assembly Chef’s Hall. Emma Herrera is known as the creative genius behind Toronto’s best vegan restaurants: Planta and Rosalina. And, Jordan Gooch recently returned home from Montreal where he worked for the Joe Beef outpost: Mon Lapin. Previously of The Chase, Famiglia Baldassarre and Edulis, Jordan is a pasta prodigy who is always inventing and using his expertise to push culinary boundaries.
This dinner will feature exclusive wines that never grace the shelves of the LCBO. Danielle Nicholls will be pairing each dish from her own cellar with exciting organic, biodynamic and natural wines from small family farms around the world.
