Prior to Prohibition, Irish whiskey was the most popular whiskey category in America, and with recent surges in popularity, that status is again on the rise. Mixologists and their customers find the lighter, less smoky style of Irish whiskey to be perfect for cocktails.
The Emerald Isle is also known for some great beers, and of course, Irish Cream. Join us as we sample a great selection of Irish libations, accompanied by some great Irish cheeses.
