Limoncello is an Italian Liqueur originating in the Naples and Almalfi coast region. Come learn how to make Limoncello in its traditional form or attempt the many variations that we are famous for!
Enjoy brunch with refreshments as we all perform the first step in limoncello-making! We will then demonstrate the second step and give written instructions to take home (which you will then perform 5 days later). We will also provide a demonstratiom on making fresh mozzarella, including free samples!

1 liter of Grain Alcohol (we recommend Graves 95%)
A large open wide mouth container (gallon or greater)
1 peeler for each person
