Please join us for a very special wine dinner featuring “3 CHEFS & A TENOR”. The event includes our former Italian (Venito region) Chef Isabella Nicoletti, former Michigan native Chef Dave Whitney, and our current Chef Drew Benoit. The date is Monday, February 25, at 6:30pm. Tickets for the 5 course, 4 wine dinner are $95.00 per person (+tax. & grat.)
In addition to the 3 acclaimed chefs, our own Sous Chef Wade Grysban will join the all-star culinary cast in the kitchen while former Wine Director Chaad Thomas and current Wine Director, Alan Collins share their wine expertise. Signore ROBERTO MASCARIN of SAN VALENTINO WINES will be the Special Guest Vintner. Situated in the gorgeous, rolling hills along Italy’s Adriatic coast, tucked between the sea port of Rimini and the republic of San Marino (which is the oldest existing country in the world), the Mascarin family establishes their estate, San Valentino, in 1990.
Also returning for the evening is former UM School of Music grad and one-time Paesano server Michael Floriano, making the trip back to Paesano from New York to perform live OPERA music.
“This is a very special treat for all us at Paesano and our guests,” says Paesano owner Mike Roddy. “It’s a reunion of some great, great talent who will all be working in the kitchen together to create an unforgettable meal, paired with Mr. Mascarin’s fabulous wines. To top it off guests will be serenaded by Michael’s amazing voice. Tickets will go fast and we expect to fill the entire restaurant.”
The chef’s will each be creating their best Italian dish ever while the wine experts match them with the appropriate San Valentino wines. Reservations are required on a first come basis.
