An extension of our hugely-popular Max Chef to Farm events, we are pleased to present the 2019 Chef-to-Brewery series, a collaboration with—and taking place at—local, small batch craft breweries. If you are a Craft beer fan - you don’t want to miss these events!
Our First Event of 2019 is a Very Special Beer & Food Pairing Dinner at Iron Duke Brewing
Local beer is one of those things in New England that we celebrate as much as our local farmers. The abundance of great beer is almost unmatched anywhere, and we are heading to one of the best for this dinner. This collaboration will bring Max Culinary Director, Chef Hunter Morton together with selections from one of the most popular craft brewers in Western MA - Iron Duke Brewing.

Moving from a garage-based nano-system to their current location at the Historic Ludlow Mills complex in Ludlow, Massachusetts, Iron Duke Brewery is today one of Western Mass’ leading craft brewers. Their home, Stockhouse 122, sits directly along Chicopee River, and was originally used to house jute back in the early 1900's.
IDB was started a mere stone's throw away by a small group of close friends and family. It was during the spring of 2010 when they decided they wanted to make a dream of opening a brewery a reality. Along the way they have gathered an impressive collection of awards for wide variety of beer offerings.
Max Chef to Brewery is very pleased to announce the start to the 2019 season with a visit to this fabulous location, pairing the IDB brews along with Chef Hunter Morton’s menu.

Max Restaurtant Group reserves the right determine the cancellation or post-ponement of the event. In the event of inclement weather or other needs to change the date, tickets holders will be notified in advance. Guest cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event will result in a full refund. Guest cancellations within 48 hours of the start of the event will result in a full refund in the form of a Max Restuarant Gift Card, applicable for all future events and at all MRG locations.
