FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel plays cupid this Valentine’s Day with a sexy and romantic overnight package sure to heat things up in the love department! The “RE-LEASE Your Inhibitions” package, which starts at $429 a night, includes all the necessities for couples to let loose, including:

On Valentine’s Day night from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Match Restaurant and Lounge, the hotel’s signature dining establishment, features a special menu for just $75 per person. A variation of this love-ly menu will also be available Friday, February 15 and Saturday, February 16. Choices include:

Let’s Be Adventurous — Creole Oysters in Saffron Tomato Broth with a bed of lemon-fried okra
Setting The Mood — Herb Marinated Goat Loin thinly sliced and seared with a garlic feta spread
Ready For You — Blistered Red Bell Peppers stuffed with merlot mushrooms, Kermes red rice, green peas and roasted corn and garnished with watermelon radish
Couples can select one of the Entrees to share:
The Lady and The Tramp — Old Fashioned Spaghetti and Meatballs with fresh garlic bread
Chopping It Up — Tomahawk Chop served with a leek reduction, potato hash cake, and orange-zest fried Brussels sprouts
Skinny Dip, Chunky Dunk —Brown Braised Rainbow Trout with sautéed green beans and peanuts with a pan-seared ahi tuna in a black pepper, cilantro, cucumber and soy emulsion served with a frisee salad tossed in a sweet onion poppy seed dressing
