Mudhen Meat and Greens, the popular and healthful eatery at the Dallas Farmer’s Market celebrates the day of love with a four-course Vegan Valentine’s Day Dinner with optional beer pairings from Real Ale Brewery in Blanco, TX.  Additionally, Mudhen offers a mirrored menu of  non-vegan offerings.  Wine pairings are also available.

FIRST

Charcuterie Spread

Baked ricotta, Cashew goat cheese, Porcini mushroom pate with toasted baguette and accoutrements (V) 

Herbed ricotta, Chèvre, chicken liver paté with toasted baguette and accoutrements

SECOND

Charred Watermelon Carpaccio (V)

sherry glaze and mint salad 

Tuna Carpaccio 

Thai chili vinaigrette and micro salad

THIRD

Carrot Osso Buco (V)

parsley gremolata, royal trumpets and celeriac puree finished with green harissa 

Dry Aged Portobello Steak (V)

chimichurri, served with root vegetable gratin and garlic broccolini

Braised Osso Buco 

parsley gremolata, roasted sweet potato and celeriac puree finished with green harissa

Dry Aged Duroc Pork Chop

chimichurri, served with root vegetable gratin and garlic broccolini

DESSERT (shared)

Banana Churros & Double Chocolate Zucchini Bread (V)

served with seasonal ice cream

Cost is $45 per person for the vegan prix fixe and $55 for the meat option.  Real Ale Brewery and wine pairing offerings available for $25 per person.  For reservations beginning at 5:00pm call 214-698-7000.
