Alexander’s Steakhouse San Francisco Hosts “The Gin Dinner”

Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco will host “The Gin Dinner” on Friday, February 1 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Priced at $169.00 per person, guests will be able to enjoy canapés for cocktail hour, including oysters, sashimi and cured salmon, followed by a seated two-course dinner featuring Juniper and Pink Peppercorn encrusted tenderloin with a gin béarnaise sauce. The dinner is dedicated to gin, the botanical spirit that forms the foundation of many classic libations. Alexander’s will be featuring a DIY cocktail station where guests will get to mix it up with gin aficionados Adam Hannett (Head Distiller at Bruichladdich and overseer of distillation for the first and only Islay Dry Gin), James Donaldson (full-time forager for The Botanist Gin), and Gedeon Tsegaye, Bar Director at Alexander’s Steakhouse.

Available every night is the Alexander's Steakhouse curated beef program highlighting small farms from the United States, Australia and Japan. The restaurant showcases Greater Omaha Prime beef, dry-aged for 28 days, plus imported and domestic wagyu also play a prominent role on the menu with Japanese beef from nine prefectures offered.

Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco is located at 448 Brannan Street between Third and Fourth Streets.
