1st course: Choose
Ceviche Rojo: Fresh Mahi Mahi from Maine Bay & Berry, marinated in fresh orange & lime juices, with poblano, red onion, cilantro & jicama and a splash of red chile sauce. Finish with plantain chips.
Arugula & Gravlax Salad: Organic arugula greens & house-cured ginger-habanero salmon gravlax. Tossed with shaved pickled red onions, gourmet mini tomato, hot-house cucumbers, toast points and cherry vinaigrette
2nd Course Choose:
Southern Style Pork Chops: Cayenne-maple-cured Bierlyo's pork chops garnished with crispy pork belly & Granny Smith apple slaw. Set on a bed of smoked gouda organic white grits
Creole Beef Tenderloin: Bierly's local beef tenderloin medallions, seared in cast iron with a Creole sauce. Served with lime-mojo jasmine rice and fried okra
3rd Course Choose:
Espresso Pound Cake: House-made vanilla pound cake infused with Standing Stone espresso and topped with bittersweet chocolate-bacon ice cream
Pavlovas: Named after the Russian ballerina, these are mini-meringue puffs filled with pomegranate whipped cream & fresh berries.
