The Wine Gallery at Villa Macri presents the premier blind tasting competition in Northern Indiana. The 10th Annual Cork Master Open returns Saturday, February 2nd at 3pm.
Blind taste and identify the varietals of five whites and five reds. Also pick the country of origin (for tie breaking purposes). The competitor with the most overall correct answers will be crowned Cork Master Champion. A White Wine Cork Master and Red Wine Cork Master will also be crowned. Winners receive a magnum bottle of wine, free entry to next year's event, and their names engraved on the cork master trophy for all to admire. Space is limited so reserve your spot today. $40 per person.

The possible white varietals: Albarino, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Melon de Bourgogne, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc.
The possible red varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Bordeaux Blend, Mourvedre, Nebbiolo, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, and Syrah
The possible countries: Australia, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain, and the USA.
Varietals and countries may be repeated.
