Celebrate Valentine’s Day this year with a sumptuous pairing of wine and chocolate at our winery!

Charlie & Echo wine maker Eric Van Drunen and Andrea’s Truffles chocolatier Andrea Davis will be on hand to guide you through five delicious pairings of locally-made chocolate and wine.

Passion Fruit Truffle | Passion fruit couverture, white chocolate, crème fraîche vanilla bean, and homemade shortbread, covered in milk chocolate and white chocolate tile.

Peanut Butter Crunch Truffle | Chocolate and peanut butter, covered in 58% dark chocolate and buttery-brittle crunch.

Raspberry Liquor Truffle | Dark chocolate ganage and Chambord, covered in white chocolate and pistachios.

The Mocha Jewel Truffle | Dark chocolate mocha ganage, covered in 70% dark chocolate and gold dusted cocoa nibs.

Apple Pie Truffle | White chocolate, crème fraîche, and sauteed apples, covered in 58% dark chocolate and homemade caramel crumble.
